Anonymous: I'm really impressed with all of the weight you have lost! Lately I've been trying to get myself into shape, but I lack motivation when I don't see results right away (I know it takes time, it's just hard for me). I was wondering how you were able to keep yourself disciplined and what your workout routines/diets were. Any advice would really be helpful. I've always found you absolutely stunning and you seem like a super rad lady!
You didn’t gain all the weight over night, you’re not gonna lose all the weight over night… its easy to get discouraged but its all about a mind set and knowing you want it more then anything and it seems like the right thing to do is give up but thats just because its the easiest but in the end your not satisfied you have to look out for what will be best for you in the future. I have a lot of tips and routines I did but if you would like to come off anon i can talk with you about them. because everyones different not the same things works for everyone. but mostly i did a lot of cardio and cut all carbs.
